Costello Medical Consulting, based in Cambridge (United Kingdom), provides market access and medical communication services to leading pharmaceutical companies in diverse therapeutic areas. In 2013, Costello Medical will be establishing a new office in the Asia-Pacific region and is seeking Analyst Interns to support projects for clients in the region.

This position is ideal for recent graduates in the sciences, with Asian language skills, seeking an exciting opportunity to be part of a new venture and to gain an insight into life at a fast-growing consultancy serving pharmaceutical industry clients. You will be presented with an opportunity to get hands-on experience of what the Analyst role entails, assisting Analysts, Senior Analysts and Consultants with projects involving the assimilation, interpretation and creative presentation of data from clinical trials. The Hong Kong Monetary Authority operates a Manager Trainee Programme where selected candidates go through on-the-job training in two to three Departments over a two-year period. Those who have successfully completed the Programme would be appointed as Manager.

Requirements
Holder of an advanced degree, preferably in economics or finance, or exceptionally strong candidate with good honours degree. Broad general knowledge, good analytical ability and communication skills.
Conscientious and highly motivated. Excellent command of English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua an advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION – SUMMER INTERNSHIP, EXPEDIA AFFILIATE NETWORK

Are you a web-savvy and entrepreneurial university engineering / computer science student looking for an interesting and challenging internship with one of the biggest names in online travel? If so, this exciting and unusual internship with Expedia Affiliate Network (EAN) might be right up your street. This is an 8-12 week project based in Hong Kong.

Project brief: Through various past acquisitions, EAN owns a number of valuable domain names such as www.orlando.com. Today, the sites sitting on these URLs are out of date. We are looking for a creative and entrepreneurial intern to leverage the tools and solutions that EAN offers to our affiliates and to create a transactional in-house affiliate sites. Our tools range from customizable hosted templates to XML services. Once the site is live, the intern is free to try different traffic generation techniques as our affiliates would do (SEO landing pages, blogging etc.) to enhance site value.
